All orders will be shipped from our Lowell, IN location via UPS or FedEx to residential addresses within the continental United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before delivery to our shipping carriers. Standard UPS/FedEx delivery times then apply. To estimate your product arrival, please account for:
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days for most shipments
Note: We do not offer expedited shipping (e.g., UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air).
Return Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled on the same day by emailing info@essenceoftruffle.com or calling 401-314-3154.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the ship date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Missing Shipments
Essence of Truffle is not responsible for:
- Shipments refused by the recipient
- Shipments confirmed as delivered by UPS or FedEx that are lost, stolen, or not received by the intended recipient
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
In the event of a returned package, we will contact you to coordinate re-delivery. Customers will need to pay any additional shipping fees for re-shipment. If re-shipment is not possible, we will refund the order amount minus the original shipping costs.
